Els professors de La Farga també van a escola. El dissabte, dia 20 de novembre, han participat en una Jornada de formació permanent que s'ha desenvolupat a l'Auditori de l'IESE, a Barcelona. El Prof. Víctor Küppers els ha parlat de "La gestió de l'entusiasme" i el Sr. José Ramón Ayllón ha tractat del tema: "Raons i sentiments en l'educació: l'art d'educar".
